Digital Bookkeeping Services

Zen24 is primarily a digital bookkeeping firm active on the Swedish market since 2013. We have now relocated our office to Malta and service clients in Sweden and Malta alike. Our services are streamlined  through digital workflows aimed at making bookkeeping as simple as possible for our clients. We provide automatic invoice scanning through our mail redirection system, direct integration with banks to facilitate payments of invoices directly in the bookkeeping system, and are currently looking at AI solutions for reading invoices. The purpose is to provide our clients with maximum time to focus on their primary business objectives. In Malta, we have chosen to branch out by also offering B2B relocation services for accommodating new employees that our clients are bringing to Malta.

Employee Relocation - How we work

Client Dialogue

When a new employee is preparing for moving to Malta, we initiate contact as early as possible to make sure necessary preparations are completed already before leaving the country of origin.

Relocation

We arrange flight tickets, organise transfer and handle coordination regarding logistics. Upon arrival, we meet up the new employee at the airport and cater for accommodation until a housing solution is in place.

Reception

When the employee has arrived, we make sure that ID card, bank account, and social security arrangements are completed as soon as possible. We fill out the forms and bring the employee to all offices needed to complete the process.

A new start

As soon as all necessary steps of the relocation are completed, we also offer a number of additional services to make sure that the new employee has a flying start of the new career in Malta.
