Finding an apartment or room at the right price, and in proximity to the work location, is not always easy in Malta. The pressure facing newcomers to the island can often result in making unsuitable decisions resulting in long-term dissatisfaction with the housing solution that seemed perfect at first sight. With the expertise of our cooperation partner De Vink Estates, we are able to provide companies with a solution that will make sure new employees are well received. We offer six viewings of objects in accordance with the employee's preferences at a fixed price. Additionally, we are able to conduct the viewings while communicating in Swedish, Dutch, or English, depending on the employee's preferences. When a suitable object has been secured, we will also assist in signing the contract and making sure that the contents of this contract are in the employee's favour.
ID & Bank Account
Acquiring ID card and bank account might seem like an easy task. It is, with the right preparations. With our help, we will make sure that bank account and ID is taken care of without multiple trips to Valletta or the local bank account due to lack of proper preparations. When a new employee is inbound for Malta, we will make sure to engage early and complete preparations before the employee board the plane for Malta. We will fill out the forms and make sure that applications are duly processed by bringing the employee to the bank, Identity Malta, and ETC. Once the ID card is issued, we will also assist in filling out and submitting an application for the European Health Insurance Card.
Insurance
For employees looking to waste minimum time on running errands at the start of their new careers, we are able to provide some guidance when it comes to sourcing a suitable company for healthcare insurance, accident insurance, life insurance, pension fund schemes and home insurance. With our extensive network on the island and knowledge of what expats in Malta usually prefer, especially with regard to those of Scandinavian origin, we will ensure that new employees are put in safe hands from day one.
Family Life Introduction
It is common that employees bringing their entire family to the island find it easy to become included in a new social community. For the spouse, on the other hand, it is not a given. With our family life introduction service, we will make sure to provide families relocating to Malta with all the contacts and information regarding schools, kindergartens, and social life that they need in order to feel satisfied with their new life. This includes a guided tour through locations of interest. Through our partner network, we will also make sure to stay engaged even after the relocation process to make sure that the employee's family find meaningful activities and inclusion in all aspects of daily life in Malta.
Logistics & Accommodation
As part of every package that we offer, logistics and accommodation is included. We will book flight tickets, arrange with a short term accommodation until a rental contract has been secured, and transfer from the airport on the day of arrival. If the employee needs to move furniture or other belongings from their country of origin, this can be coordinated as well, on the employee's own expense. Our logistics services are provided to make sure that the relocation is handled A-Z and that the employee has a safe landing on the island.
Extra Services
In addition to providing the necessities for relocating an employee, as part of our premium packages we can also provide guidance with regard to almost every aspect of utilities necessary to acquire sooner or later. We can facilitate car rentals, internet subscriptions, cleaning services, sourcing of nannies, and much more. We will make sure to only work with trusted partners in order to evade unpleasant surprises in the early stages of the new career in Malta.

Client Dialogue
When a new employee is preparing for moving to Malta, we initiate contact as early as possible to make sure necessary preparations are completed already before leaving the country of origin.

Relocation
We arrange flight tickets, organise transfer and handle coordination regarding logistics. Upon arrival, we meet up the new employee at the airport and cater for accommodation until a housing solution is in place.

Reception
When the employee has arrived, we make sure that ID card, bank account, and social security arrangements are completed as soon as possible. We fill out the forms and bring the employee to all offices needed to complete the process.

A new start
As soon as all necessary steps of the relocation are completed, we also offer a number of additional services to make sure that the new employee has a flying start of the new career in Malta.
