Assistance with application and retrieval

Acquiring ID card and bank account might seem like an easy task. It is, with the right preparations. With our help, we will make sure that bank account and ID is taken care of without multiple trips to Valletta or the local bank office due to lack of proper preparations. When a new employee is inbound for Malta, we will make sure to engage early and complete preparations before the employee board the plane for Malta.

As soon as we receive the relocation request from our client for a newly hired employee, we will send new employees an email with relevant information and a request to schedule a call to inform the employee of the procedures of relocating to Malta, as well as to attain the details needed to process their applications. Unless specifically desired by the new employee, our standard procedure is to open bank accounts with BOV and HSBC and/or online banks such as Revolut, Leupay, etc. The application process for ID card and bank account will be completed during one morning-to-noon visit to Valletta. Zen24 will arrange with transportation (included in the price) from the employees home and assist the employee along the instances. We will double-check before departure that all documents are in order.

As the banks are rather laconic with the details on required documentation, we will make sure, already during our first call prior to the relocation, that the employee has potentially needed extra documentation at hand. As the service is offered at a fixed price, we are incentivized to make sure that the bank account application is accepted and processed at the first visit.
